Please be aware that the information we collect is primarily for the purposes of constantly improving our services and your user experience. To do this, we analyse your behaviour on the Woodee application and study what interests you. The study of behaviour is not done in a nominative fashion: this information is collected for statistical purposes.

1.2 Data retention period

Woodee will keep its data for as long as the user uses the application on a regular basis, and will automatically delete the data two years after the last time Woodee is used.

2. How we use your information

2.1 Information about your personal profile

Without going into the details of your private and family life, we want to study your profile in a complete way in order to offer you a personalized experience that meets your wishes.

2.2. Sharing with other companies

At this time, our company has no plans to share information collected about you with third party advertisers.

If this should happen in the future, we will inform you immediately and ask for your consent to do so.

All of your rights can be exercised free of charge and we will try to process your request as soon as possible.

First of all, if you wish to use the Woodee service, we ask for your consent to apply this Privacy Policy.

Nevertheless, you will see from the following points that we do not impose on you the various data treatment processes already listed.

Please note that you can withdraw your consent at any time by going to your profile.

This applies both to the data you provide to us in the "my profile" section and, on request, to the data that we deduce about you. In addition to this right of access granted to you, we may also transfer your data to another service provider.

This right is also exercised upon request and can be applied towards another data controller from any sector.

However, please note that the information that may be transferred is only that concerning your profile, in other words, pseudonymised information.

Upon request, we can delete all or part of your data. This action is irreversible, so it will not be possible to retrieve it afterwards.

If you think that someone has hacked into your account, please report it to us as soon as possible at [email protected].

You can reset your password by clicking on ’forgot password’ if you are unable to enter your account. Alternvatively go to ’my profile’ once you have logged in.

5. Changes to this Privacy Policy

At any time, Woodee reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy that frames the relationship between the platform and users.

Any modification will of course always be in accordance with the GDPR. and your rights will always be respected.

In case of modification, we will alert you the next time you log on to the application, and you will be asked to accept the modification in question.
